Many guests  think that Tuscany is a steak ! Not at all… we also have many vegetarian courses that I would love to share with you ! Because they are soooo tasty !

Pappa al pomodoro ( a traditional tuscan starter - a thick soup with stale bread, tomato and basil). This recipe is so famous that in Italy we also have a song about it.
